Flat for rent

Hi I'm posting regarding my student flat at Bainfeild which I have now vacated. Due to a number of things and a change of situation I am looking for someone to move in and take over the payments.

The flat is fully cleaned and empty. It has a small double bed, desk and chair, en suite bathroom and wardrobe space with a good view of the city. The flat is located next to the canal and opposite fountain park, a 10-15 min walk from the merchiston campus.

The occupant would need to be a first year female.
