Just running for a short period. I always get on and off pain/swelling but noone ever listens. I'm done with this bruh.
You need to see a doctor. We can’t diagnose what’s wrong over the internet from a photo. If it’s causing you pain and is bruised then you need an x-ray.

I went to a podiatrist ages ago and he x rated it, told me I had bone spurs on top of big toe which he kept asking me it hurt . It definitely does now!
