At the moment, I am using Kindle, Adobe Reader, iBooks and OneDrive to read books on my iPad. i.e. they are scattered all over the place.

What is the best note-taking app that lets me highlight my ebooks, be they in pdf, mobi, epub or whatever format?

one note, Evernote, notion, slite and Typora but notion Evernote and slite are apps that you need to pay for
