Probably a bit. Men tend to stop growing between the ages of 18 and 21. Although typically around 16, growth begins to slow, however there are some people who have growth spurts at your age but they are by no means the rule. If you want to get to about 5'7" well then you might but if you're expecting 6' well all I'll say is don't get your hopes up. It happens but it's pretty rare.
