I have my OMAM GCSE paper on January 8th and I’ve completed cards on every character except Slim in preparation for the 20 mark essay question. I’ve come up with the 3 themes of wisdom, compassion and power/authority so far. Are those good themes and do I need a fourth? Also if I do need a fourth what theme should I pick? Thanks.

Those are good themes to talk about with Slim, I don't know if this will help you but you could talk about how dreams how Slim does not have a dream stated in the novella so we can assume he is content with his life which reinforces his wisdom as he knows high achievements are impossible or very unlikely for itinerant workers in the 1930's.
