Q:'Changes to the cold environment will affect the Arctic more than any other region on earth.' To what extent do u agree?

It’s the density of currents that shift.

So near the Atlantic Ocean the current is cold so more dense. So when the current moves north, the cold air sinks and hot air rises due to less density.
