"residential category"

Im applying to Cambridge (compsci) and have just looked through the Cambridge form.

One of the questions is "Residential category as given on your UCAS form".

I never gave a residential category on my UCAS form, ive searched the UCAS site and there is no info on this. Anyone know what residential category is and how to find out mine?

Also, how do i find out my "fee code"?

As i filled out my UCAS application online i have no info book about these things from UCAS.

My residential category was A and my Fee code was 02. A being a UK resident and 02 being your LEA. It does tell you if you did apply online

http://www.ucas.com/getting/apply04/page1.html is from the notes for the paper application, but the codes will be the same for online applications too.

if youre a uk citizen and have been living here or in the EU for 3 or more years, your category (like most peoples) is 'A'

If you haven't thrown away your "How To Apply" guide which comes with your Application Form (paper version), then all the instructions should be in there.

Mainly it is residential A for UK, and for people applying to their LEA for support in their fees, the code is 02.

Also, the UCAS website, as other people have posted, does provide help information.

My school told me all that stuff for my UCAS, but having submitted it and today being a day i couldn't ask teach again!

Also as i said earlier i applied online so i recieved no printed UCAS 'guide'.
