I'm worried i have HIV or a STD because of Escorts

Please this is serious. I have made a thread before anonymously if i was addicted to escorts and now i think i am.

I have been having an itchy body for 4 days, unexplained painful bruise in my leg and sometimes fatigue (e.g sleeping on the bus a lot). I googled these symptoms and i saw one that showed HIV Symptoms. months prior i witnessed liquid coming out of my penis but it only happened one time and never happened again.

I have slept with 8 escorts - all protected. Two of these escorts are Post op (means there were born male but their penis have been removed into female vagina). But condom has broke on two as well. First on my second time punting an escort and second condom broke on a post op escort. I sleep with escorts because i have depression, i'm socially anxious and quite frankly i am ugly.

The itch is really worrying. How would i explain to my family if i was to actually have hiv or an std when i sleep with escorts?? help me what should i do?

You don't have to explain it to them. Your first worries should be getting tested and receive immediate treatment (if you are found to be positive that is)
there are lots of different STDs.... many are quite trivial. your doctor will sort it out for you.

Like kkboyk said, please prioritise yourself first. Go and get tested ASAP.

There’s prophylaxis treatments that are available but if it’s been too long ago then they won’t work but you’ll never know if you’re positive or not for anything until you’ve been tested

'my family', lol seriously? worry about yourself first. get yourself tested. and maybe go on prep before you sleep with any more prostitutes.

Has anyone had an std or are currently having HIV.

I think a Post trans escort has done this to me if i was to have HIV. Because gay men or trans are more likely to have HIV. ugh I'm so worried and stressed and the itchiness won't STOP! :frown:

Listen. The only thing you can do if you're genuinely concerned about this is go to a walk in clinic, get a quick screening for everything. Just say you made a mistake and slept with someone unprotected and they'll give you a blood test. It should only be a 20 minute job in total. You will get your results through text or call 5 or so days later.

The reality is the chance of you getting it as the insertive man is frankly low. Even if they did have a disease and the condom broke, there's still a very low chance of you getting it, and again that's if they have the disease in the first place. It's not impossible though so go and get tested just in case. Just make sure you tell them when you had this experience because it might be too early for the test to detect.

The tests are free and you can find your local testing clinic. Just call tomorrow and book an immediate appointment.

I pay for sex because i can't get girls. I am blunt and straightforward, i do not believe i can marry or get a girlfriend because of my disorders. I'm broke now, i was fired in my job during christmas. I won't sleep with prostitutes anymore and will focus on solving my mental health during 2020.
