    The squat was a record but none of the others are. I reckon I;d be good for the deadlift record (325) if I hadn't squatted and benched 1st. I hit 310 with more in the tank in the gym.

    Still a great lift. I've thought of competing in unequipped PL'ing in the future (18 now, 72kgs with 115 Bench, 130 Squat, 190 Deadlift) PB's, which aren't great, but considering most of my training is more similar to a crossfit style, not too bad. I also prolapsed a disc at L5 about 6 months ago, which really inhibited my training (my last PB on the deadlift, yesterday in fact, was 180) .

    They are very good raw lifts for your size/weight. You should enter a comp.
    I compete at 100kg, although next year I will be going to 110's.

    Yeah, I'll look into it then. I just don't know if I want to have to adjust to such a specialist training protocol. (Which is why I like crossfit/rosstraining etc etc). I have a disproportionately large bench in comparison to the squat though - I was without a powerrack for ages so could only front squat (which required a clean to the shoulders aswell) and overhead squat (+ loads of bodyweight squats).
