I have never heard anyone else mention about the back pain. All my friends think that it's weird my hot water bottle goes on my back, not stomach. The pill helps, but it's still there.

On a general note, for pain take Feminax. It's fantastic stuff and I tend to take Ibuprofen two hours after, with both on four hour cycles, just for the two worst days.

I haven't tried the Ultra type, but more pain relief is always good!
wow never heard of this stuff. nurofen was the best thing i found. and back rubs

naproxen pretty feisty stuff though I'm surprised these are available over the counter

Just inflict it on the nearest unsuspecting male. That's how most women cope.
Hehe :P I would never do that to my boyfriend...

The instructions for it are to take two, then two more 6-8 hours later if you have to. It's strong, but is safe as long as you take it according to instructions - just like all medicines!

I find the normal Feminax ones good enough for me at the moment - though I may try the ULTRA if my pains get any worse. If I wasn't on the pill and had its helping effect, I'm sure I would be jumping at the chance to get anything stronger.
