'a fundamental principle of contract law is the freedom to contract and the law should never interfere to imply terms into a contract where the parties themselves have omitted express provision.'Analyse the accuracy of the statement.I am struggling to understand what the question is asking me to do. Any help/ advice would be appreciated.
