Write a love poem for her
Get some fireworks to spark up the atmosphere
Say 'I love you' to her in many languages? O_O
Sing a love song for her
    Give her a candlelight dinner
    Buy her a vibrator
Use your handicraft and make her something nice
    Give her 999 roses.
    Sex
    Buy her an 'engagement' ring.
Go to a beach and write 'I love you' in the sand and show it to her.
Walk 1000miles to prove your love
    Cant think of much more.

    * Make her a nice meal or take her out for a nice meal or make a picnic and take it somewhere nice.
    * Go somewhere special to you both or go on a day out to somewhere nice.
    * Get her a little disposable camera and a picture frame and take pictures so she will remember the day and then get it developed so she can keep them in the frame.
    * Tell her how much she means to you.

Get her as many Monster Munch multipacks as you can physically carry, open all the individual bags and post the contents through her letterbox.

Pickled onion, mmmmmmmmm. Hell, you could smell me from a mile off if someone did that to me.

Back on topic, OP, what likes/interests does she have? It'll be much more personal if you gear it toward one of those rather than your generic "cook her a nice meal" (even though that is lovely)

I really like the picnic or candlelit dinner suggestion. Makes me sound food obsessed, but it's actually really good because you can pick all her favourite things for it to be a real treat for her.

Do something personal to her. Like if she has a favourite place, organise a picnic there with her favourite foods, and her favourite music playing? (Though wouldn't really work if she's partial to a bit of Slayer in some Sewers eating KFC).

I love how often you mention Monster Munch on these forums

Pickled onion flavour is the way forward. Sadly my other half disagrees
