All Available A Level Subjects for 2021+

Since the Wikipedia list is definitely outdated, I've compiled a list of all the A Levels available to be taken in England (Thus excluding Northern Ireland/CCEA as you cannot sit their qualifications in the UK anymore.)

The list is stratified into somewhat arbitrary categories, but they're there for convenience + each one has at least one exam board in brackets which offers it.

Added*, my bad
i think aqa and ocr also offer computer science at a-level

Electronics - offered by WJEC/Eduqas.
You can also do various varieties of Welsh - First language, Second language, Literature etc with WJEC and Irish with CCEA.

What purpose do you think this list serves? You've missed out CCEA but it, and WJEC, are just as legitimate as CAIE for being taught in England.

My college offers more than just this. I can also tell you that Politics is also done by Edexcel, and subjects like History have somehow been missed out altogether?

Where a subject is offered by more than one exam board, the OP has just listed the first one they found which almost always happens to be AQA or CIE (CAIE). There are many subjects offered by all 4 domestic boards and CAIE.

History is there, near the bottom under the Humanities heading.

Everything your College does should be listed.

"Four awarding organisations (AOs) operate in England AQA, OCR, Pearson and WJEC (Eduqas). Reformed qualifications were introduced for first teaching over a three year period from 2015-2017."
-http://ccea.org.uk/regulation/gce_gcse (From the source itself)

CCEA doesn't operate in England.

Furthermore, Eduqas has been included, the English branch, and Welsh is not offered.

Electronics is also on there already, under Design & Technology.

So why include CAIE?

You can sit the exams in England.
you can edit the wikipedia page yourself if you have appropriate sources

You can sit the exams in England.

State schools are not funded to teach their qualifications and only at a very few centres are licensed to offer their exams. There are almost certainly far more could offer A level Welsh from WJEC.
Very handy list - though, i'm surprised "travel and tourism" is a thing tbh
also, "graphic communication".... why can't school teach that instead of fine art? heck
