Any one help me with this question, would be appreciated.
In the past "judges have struggled to define the meaning of mens rea words particularly intention and recklessness, creating uncertainty and confusion"
Discuss whether the law on mens rea is clear?
Do you agree with this view?

again, your wording leaves a lot to be desired, intention and recklessness aren't exclusively men's rea words, if you had stated it as " judges have struggled to define certain elements of men's rea in law, such as recklessness and intent which has led to confusion and uncertainty in legislation" would be better, if you're asking for a view on this matter, the law is not particularly clear but there's precedents and case law that is accepted widely and therefore doesn't particularly evoke much questioning.
