Under 7 seems soo young and way too early. Saying that I had a friend who was seven when she started, at school, poor girl didnt know what was happening so we ran to the teacher who came to reassure her, give her pads, phoned her mum. Traumatic.

    I was 13.

Gosh I can't imagine getting it at 9. I remember being in year 7 and everyone crowding around a girl because she got out of school swimming due to the fact she had amazingly started her periods.

I was 12, I remember I just woke up one morning, went "Ahh" and tried to think of a way of explaining it to my dad(don't have a mum) embarrassing.

Just wondering because, I started pretty early, 9.

Everyone is shocked by this, so I was just wondering when everyone else started, or if you haven't yet.

    Thanks
i am so glad there was an option for 'do not remember', i was going like this trying to remember :woo: .
I think it was when i was between my 6th and 7th year at school. Which means i'd be um... 12? But i'm not sure :o:

    Late September 1997, I was 13 years old. I'm 24 now and they're still not regular - I have about 5-7 a year!
