Hi seelawperson,

Are you sure you can't bring in the statute book? It seems a bit unfair that your lecturers are asking you to memorise the Unfair Contract Terns Act 1977. I've studied English Law of Torts and we were allowed to take the statute book into the exam.

If you have any questions or need any help then feel free to DM me.
