British girls wear skimpy outfits when go clubbing in winter

Hi there. As I am not British I want to open this interesting thread and ask your opinion (both men and women).
Last winter I went to visit a friend in Birmingham and we went clubbing with his female friend. As the weather was freezing, the two of us went in some smart attire but both with our long coats on. She was wearing only some tiny and skimpy silver dress with high heels sandals and without a coat, with bare arms and legs. Should I even say how amazing she looked. But all other girls were wearing pretty much similar. They looked really great.

My question to all the girls do you do the same in winter? What is your experience?
And to all the guys do you like when girls wear something like that? Do you agree that is very attractive?

I notice this a lot in Winter.

Freezing temperatures and girls going clubbing with hardly no clothes on.
They are doing it because they think a jacket will spoil their outfit and they won't look as good. Probably they're thinking they will get less attention too...

I think they're mad tbh to be going out like that.
I once walked about 40 minutes in jeans and t-shirt and the temperature was 5 or 6 ...and when i got home i was shaking for about 30 minutes and could not stop. I dunno if I just have a low tolerance to cold or something.

I mean
What’s a coat?

I may have done in my youth. But now if I’m out on a night I make sure my outfit looks great. Over my thermals!

You can barely feel the cold after you've been drinking anyway.

Besides, who wears a cardigan to a club?

We aren't going to go clubbing in chunky knitwear, are we?

Hi

That's obviously a matter of personal choice.
I like to wear a few more clothes if I'm going out in the colder weather.

I’ve seen SO MANY guys literally take their shirts off outside clubs. Why are y’all not talking about that? Just girls?

I have only ever seen that at raves typically due to drug consumption.

I tend to avoid sleeveless clothes, low backs and bare legs in cold weather.
As soon as the weather starts turning cold, I carry an extra pair of thick woolly tights and hoodie.

Skimpy outfits are mostly for the beach, swimming pool and summer holidays.
Plenty of ways to combine a sexy look with dressing for the weather.
You dress for the atmosphere of the club; not the journey! Most people won't be walking far anyway.
