Warwick med course

Could anybody explain the entry requirements for Warwick's medicine course?
I don't quite understand their academic qualification being "a minimum of an upper second class honours (2:1) degree", and I'd like to clarify if the mandatory work experience is expected to be completed by a college student. If not, and the work experience needs to be completed fulltime rather than integrated into my studying, am I expected to complete the work experience during my holidays or after I leave college?

Thank you in advance.

Warwick is a Graduate Entry Medicine Course only, so you must hold (or be predicted) a 2:1 degree to apply.
The work experience criteria applies to everyone
