Christianity is uprooted by the fact of keeping a clear conscience and being free of guilt. The fact that christianity was kind of a big thing back in the time macbeth was being written, shakespeare would probably make every effort to show macbeth, this sinner who's committed the heinous crime of regicide is guilty of what he's done to show that he's going against God. The same goes for lady macbeth. On the other hand, you could say how Banquo and the people he's related to are oblivious to the crimes macbeth has committed at their time of death, showing they've kept a clear conscience and so are implied to be "clean" in terms of their clear conscience, and you could link that to Banquo being the supposed ancestor of King James IV, making shakespeare want to appeal to the higher christian class and especially that of royalty
