Hello everyone,

My name is Joseph and I'm from Sri Lanka. I followed the BEng (Hons) Electronic Engineering programme of Sheffield Hallam at an affiliated local institute in Sri lanka. Graduated with a First Class and also secured the Best Performer Award.

I have applied to the MSc in Robotics programme of Cranfield University. I would like to know whether there is any scholarship available for me? Please let me know if anyone knows about it. From what's on their website, what it seems is that they don't offer any scholarship for this programme.

Hi There!

Firstly, good luck with your application, and apologies for the late reply.
There are a number of funding opportunities for this course, to find out more take a look at the "Fees and funding" tab on the course page on the website https://www.cranfield.ac.uk/courses/taught/robotics

From the information you have provided you may be able to apply for the Commonwealth Scholarship listed: https://www.cranfield.ac.uk/funding/...h-scholarships

Cranfield also has an "A to Z of Countries" which has useful information about studying with use from your country, including on funding opportunities:
https://www.cranfield.ac.uk/about/in...ries/sri-lanka

You can also use the Funding Finder feature on our website:
https://search.cranfield.ac.uk/s/sea...517.1575757118

If you cannot secure a scholarship, there is also the option of a postgraduate loan:
https://www.cranfield.ac.uk/funding/...te-loan-scheme

I hope the above information is useful to you, please get back to me if you have any further questions.

Hi Katherine,

Thank you for the reply. I was actually referring to a scholarship offered by the University itself. So from all the links and my own research i have found that Cranfield does not offer scholarships to students. Let's keep it aside for a moment.

The big issue is the IET accreditation for this course. Will it be sorted prior to the commencement of the 2020/2021 course in this October?
