I have to write the composition of the skeletal muscle my tutor said I have to discuss these:
You need to discuss the gross structure of skeletal muscle and then the microstructure. The gross structure would include tissue layers and the importance of a strong blood supply and a nerve supply. The microstructure relates to a muscle fibre. Here you need to discuss the structure and function of the sarcoplasm (which contains many mitochondria), the sarcoplasmic reticulum (which stores and releases calcium ions) and the sarcomere (that contains actin and myosin which interact with each other to facilitate muscle contraction). This is what my tutor said

I doubt anyone in this forum can help you. People here discuss fitness, nutrition and training but not in the kind of scientific detail you're looking for. You'd be better off posting this in the biology forum in Study Help.
