    Hi,
I want to make a complaint to Tesco as a previous employee, is there to anyones knowledge a website, email or contact number which allows me to do this? It's quite a serious complaint by the way.

    Thanks.

The general address is. It needs to be a paper letter though, they don't take emails.

I would still go for HR tbh. Tesco HQ would only refer it to the particualr store anyway.

That is for 'enquiries', I require a higher authority for complaints.

I have tried my department at my store for complaints.

Why do you say that? Sounds like the words of an employee to me.....

    write to your store manager
I will, but I require another authority to receive a copy as she isn't a perfect woman herself.

She has no clue about confidentiality.

I have complained to my line manager(s), informed another body and informed my personnel department (multiple times), nothing was done.

Even the police in one instance with one incident.

If these allegations are as serious as you seem to be wording them, legal advice?

Well you need then to re lodge a complalint with HR, cc. a copy to the store manager, the area manager and the union rep if you are in one. Outline in the complaint the incidents you have previously suffered along with the inaction of the personnel dept. Also ask your HR dept for the contact numbers of Tesco HQ's personnel dept.

Perhaps, but I want to complain to a higher body of Tesco first.

I have already prepared a letter.
