I have no idea what to write for my creative writing piece. It can be either reflective or creative. What did you write about or any suggestions?

I have no idea what to write for my creative writing piece. It can be either reflective or creative. What did you write about or any suggestions?
I found it difficult to come up with a whole storyline when I was doing mine, so I decided to do it as a monologue of a real event from the perspective of one person who was there. Remember that what you write (even if it's reflective) doesn't have to be true, and if you do decide on a monologue, it doesn't have to be from the perspective of a human either (could be an animal or inanimate object).
