The army

i am wanting to join the SAS i want to hear what other peoples opinion is.

That's not how it works.

It is nice to have a goal, but you need to plan that you will be happy with if you are unable to pass SAS selection. You join whatever branch A) interests you and B) wants you, and then you go for SAS selection.
