My drink was spiked
I went out on friday night, been sick yesterday and feeling quite ill today
I was just told by a mate, that my drink had been spiked, is this anything to worry about? or if anything was going to happen, it would have happened already

Alcohol in causing sickness shocker.

If your drink HAS been spiked then the worst of it has passed..
To all you saying it just a hangover, the morning after your drink has been spiked with certain things i.e. speed, you have a comedown, which can seem like a somewhat amplified hangover, plus feelings of major depression.

Your friend KNEW it was spiked and didn't tell you?
I agree it sounds like a hangover.
A friend of mine actually did have her drink spiked and I found her in the toilet on the floor unable to move, speak or hold her head up practically. That's what the drug does to you - totally makes you dependant on someone else to take care of you. She was in such a state it was a bloody good job it was me that found her and not someone else. I know it wasn't alcohol because she was on her 2nd drink of the night at the time.
Next day she had no recolection of any of this at all - all she had was a big blank between arriving at the club and waking up at home.
That drug is the scariest thing in the world.

indeed, there are 1000s of drugs that can be used..
a paracetamol could be an example, if you didnt want it, and some body put it in ur drink without u knowing, ur drink has been spiked!

A girl I know got spiked with GHB at our after-prom party. (I know what it was because the guy was spiking lots of drinks, got caught, and had his head kicked in). She ended up with a perferated ear drum from standing (completely out of it) infront of a 10-foot high speaker. Ouch. I also heard that another girl at he party woke up naked in a wardrobe, and couldn't remember anything past having 2 drinks.

Spiking is when someone puts something in your drink without permission. It could be drugs or alcohol.
Do you know what your drink was spiked with? If not it might be worth going to the doctor to be on the safe side, It might seem dramatic but its best not to take the risk.

if it was spiked you would be a lot worse than sick.. you wouldn't remember anything and definately wouldn't make it home...
No anything added to your drink is spiking, it wouldn't necessarily make you ill.
