gcse options: business, spanish or psychology?

im currently just really torn between pyschology, business studies and spanish. im not really sure what i want to be, but im thinking law or medicine. my school makes me choose 1 science, 1 language and then 5 other subjects on top of core subjects.

so far ive chosen:
biology (1 compulsory science)
chemistry
physics
french (1 compulsory language)
history

meaning ive used 3/5 options and still have 2 more subjects to choose. but im not sure what subjects to take. im quite a well rounded person, and typically get a* in most subjects. i love the sound of spanish and i love my teacher. however im already doing french, and i think once oral exams come it’ll be super confusing. however since psychology and business are new subjects ive never taken before, idk if i should do them. psychology sounds interesting, as i like the criminology. however, i think business could be interesting too and i could learn new skills. i need to choose 2 of these subjects and then 1 of them as my reserve in case. pls help!!
