Has anyone applied to the MSt in Art History and Visual Culture for 2020-1? I just submitted my application. There doesn't seem to be too many of us around.
For those of you who did this program at Oxford, what was it like?
Hey guys just came to say I've received the rejection email at 2am UK time...Not very surprised since it is a competitive programme. In that case, I should be attending Courtauld! Best luck to you all!
Hi! I was one of the acceptances posted on GradCafe. I heard last Wednesday and applied for the Histories of Photography special option. I'm from the States btw ... not sure if that would affect anything.

I’m in the exact same position! see you in Courtauld!
Hi! I did the course last year if you have any questions. Good luck with your application!
Hello, I have conditional offers from Oxford, The Courtauld, UCL and NYU Institute of Fine Arts for a masters in art history. I was wondering if you could shed some light on how you made your decisions back then. My supervisor at Oxford is going to be Professor Erin Pauwels (ecocriticism, modern American art etc.), and applied to the modules Global Perspectives on American Art: Art and Environmental Thought in the Americas (Professor Erin Pauwels), and Mapping East & West: Art, Culture and Identity (Professor JP Park). Could you tell me something about the modules and how hands-on/hands-off the professors were? I think I tend to function better in small-group environments so right now I'm on the fence for either Oxford or The Courtauld!
