Has anyone received an offer for the 2020 ODP course at Northumbria? Also, is the course definitely now a full degree rather than the diploma?

Have you heard any more on this? I'm considering applying to Northumbria and the diploma is part of what makes it appealing!

I haven’t had a reply yet but I think they will give offers after the last batch of interviews.

That is a bit gutting. I’m not going to be able to train this year and 3 years vs two is a not insignificant difference :/

The degree is going to be less intense over 3 years. The 2 year diploma Is intense with a lot of work and placement. They did a similar change to nursing to make it easier for people.

Yeah. I kind of think nursing should still be available as a 2 year thing similar to the US. Oh well, I’ll just have to look at something that isn’t odp
