SPSS output and how to report it

I have to do a scientific poster at uni and I could do with some help on my spss statistics output like what it means and how to report it if anyone could help, thanks

I've done a 2 way repeated measures anova and this is the output it gave me

Yeahhh I've never heard or seen that Statistical test ever...

Assuming you're going for 95% confidence then it seems all the tests are significant (p=<0.05) so you can accept your alternative hypothesises.
