I've been having a really hard time since year 13 started. I've been having really bad experiences with anxiety and eating problems. This has taken a serious toll on my attendance and grades.

Instead of finding the source of the problem, my college just assumes I'm lazy and not putting any effort into my college work and revision and keep putting me on 'attendance/grade contracts' to threaten to kick me out.

I have mocks starting next week and I haven't been revising because im so mentally drained. I'm tempted to just throw them altogether as a last cry for help. I would go to them directly but last year I did that and they ended up not believing me because I referred myself

I don't know what to do. I feel so lost. I don't have the energy to revise but I'll end up hating myself for failing. I don't want to disappoint my teachers but they're so rude to me and just assume im lazy. I want them to know that I'm not a bad student, I just have other things going on!

You should be seeing your GP and a diagnosis plus letter from them and your counsellor would be paid attention to.
Also any college welfare officer and your parents.
You need to speak to people and you are better off taking the initiative instead of hiding or thinking others will notice.
