Eating healthy at uni

I, like most uni students, find myself eating the same stuff at uni; a mixture of pasta, rice, noodles, and occasionally a nice meal with more than 3 ingredients...

So does anyone have any tips they can share for eating healthy, whilst on a tight budget?

Recipe ideas, meal plans, staple foods... anything you think could help!
Meal plan and buy cheap stuff from Aldi. You can find loads of healthy weekly meal planning videos on YouTube
I personally love the cookbook 'Nosh for Students' (I think they also do a one purely for vegetarians too). The recipes don't have pricey or uncommon ingredients, and are really easy to follow.

I recommend supermarket shopping as late in the time as possible to buy reduced/cheap fruit and veg, and freeze any you can't eat straight away.
