I'm starting the course this year when we all go back to school, I'm trying to prepare by watching and doing a bit of studying of the films in advance but I'm struggling to find a full list honestly. I've always loved and appreciated film with everything that goes into it and hopefully will take a film studies course at university. What about everyone else? How do you feel about the course and all that jazz?

I found the course to be really interesting, I liked breaking down the films to scenes/shots and learning more about what goes into film, why directors make the choices they do and what influenced different films - there's a full list of films on the WJEC spec but your school or teacher will decide what films from that list you'll study, it'll either be one or two per component.

Hope this helps

If you go onto the eduqas website you can find fact file information sheets for each film like this one: http://resource.download.wjec.co.uk....casablanca.pdf which is for Casablanca. I hope you enjoy the course!
