I want to do cosmology, but not many unis do it in my grade boundaries. So I think I should apply for astrophysics and cosmology and whatever I get I'll go for. Is it ok to apply with a cosmology based PS?

thx

Is this for undergraduate or postgraduate?

Cosmology is a part of astrophysics, so I'm sure it would be fine to apply with a cosmology based PS. If anything it shows that you've done research into the subject and have already found something that interests you so would be a positive.
