Basically what I’m after no sleep after reading my personal statement even though it said in that is that I put the work Radiography capital in some places and lower case in 1 or 2 spots. I’m unsure if you do capitalise the word or not but it’s just bugging me now. I’m worried now this will be seen as a spelling error. I have heard universities can be specific and even decline an application because of a spelling error 😫

I have just applied to ucl and also imperial college london for MEng biomedical engineering, in my personal statement, I stated that I've always been very interested in genetic engineering which is a specialisation of biomedical engineering, and wrote down the an example of article I read, will the uni thinks that I'm not familiar with the course I'm studying and dont offer me the course?

I don't think that would be the reason for a rejection if I'm honest

I understand, so if genetic engineering is a little related to biomedical engineering that it'll be fine. The admission will depends mist on my results right?

It might give a bad impression - if they read it that closely, which I highly doubt. Think about how many of them they have to read every hour!

Don’t worry I have one error in my personal statement too but I already have 1 offer and 2 interviews!
I remember I was worried in when I noticed it as well but admission don’t really pay attention to one or two small mistakes!

But they will have to read in detail or why else they ask us to write the personal statement? If my results were good enough will it change their impression?

They ask us to write a personal statement so that they can get an idea of who you are - you can't reveal your entire personality on a 4000 character document. There are thousands of applicants, so they won't read yours in minute detail, trust me they aren't as interested as you think!
Secondly, I think your results are irrelevant to your personal statement and whether or not you can spell or use correct grammar - they are two separate parts of the application process
