Business Awards

The Insight to Business Awards brings together the top students, academics and organisational leaders from local and national businesses as a networking opportunity and to award nominated students that interviewed for internships and were successful. The awards are in the form of paid and unpaid internships with reputable organisations and offer students valuable work experience as a reward for being nominated by their tutors.

Young Enterprise

If you are fortunate enough to study BA Business and Management, there is both curricular and non curricular opportunities to create and develop your own business. The initial development process is carried out through the course; however, as part of a global competition, two teams will progress onto the regional finals and then onto national finals if winners. 2018 saw one team journey to Loughborough for the National finals and return home with the Marketing award. The 2019 team also made their way to the Nationals. Let’s see what successes 2020 brings!

Hope Solutions

Hope Solutions was established to increase employability potential for students and enhance relationships between the Business School and local organisations. It allows students to get involved in organisational projects within a business environment and develop professional practice.

Abroad Opportunities

As well as Liverpool Hope having some fantastic opportunities to study abroad, the Business School offers students a chance in their first and second year to go on the International Business Game that operates over two trips between France and Belgium with partner universities. The students engage in a business simulation building a business with other students from foreign universities to succeed in a hypothetical market.

Hope this helps!
