Rather than being depressed maybe turn that to the motivation to study, recognize your mistakes and learn how to prevent them in the future. At the end of the day, mocks are designed to help you to get an idea of which part you're lacking, and the results you got are at least not from the real exams. This is obviously easy said than done, I myself is doing having mock exams this week and having the results next Wednesday, and I am extremely stressed as well. But I think as long as the mistakes are identified, there will be a chance to fix them and get better grades. Good luck!
