I've had insomnia a long time now, but I've got to the point where I'm just exhausted, physically, mentally, emotionally and just being alive is tough. I don't really look forward to anything anymore, except for a time where I can sleep like a normal person. I have no idea what the cause is. But my sleep is getting worse and I'm getting irritable and emotional and cant concentrate on my school work and I feel I'm hardly living.
Called the doctors once, didn't even get to see a GP, got offered sleeping pills or talking therapy (even tho there's no psychological cause). I obviously declined both. I've moved doctors and am waiting for an appointment. I've started taking some viabitiocs since I've been a vegetarian for 10 yrs and probably deficient but it hasn't helped.
Has anyone experienced this too? Any tips for coping while being tired? Or how you found what the cause was?

If nothing helps, I take some sleeping help from Canadian Pharmacy
