Its unholy.
I got accustomed to living in loneliness over the past 3 years.
I still need human interaction and love it.

hmmm...

nah im fine, but really I have objectively been living like a hikikomori for the past 3 years, wondering how to get out of it.

Its strange, but loneliness seems to be a vicious cycle, kind of like a feedback loop?

Tell me about it
Well I am not sure how others manage their social needs, how many times in a month do people in the UK go out? I suppose people living with family and girlfriends will never have this problem.

Im worried because I know being too lonely can make people go off the deep end, and I really do not want to end up as another hikikomori (I fit the description for all the criteria except working part time).

No company is better than bad company but good company is better than no company.
I say, find some good, like minded humans to interact with it will only benefit you.
Loneliness just ain't the way to be.

Congratulations, don't be too stressed, beyond a certain point stress will only impede you.

All will be fine, thousands of people have undergone this before, and will undergo this trauma again xD.

Ok Ill be honest...in my life I am completely sure I will always remain lonely now, its just a culmination of the snowball of those decisions I have taken and the arrow of time has made it to be so.
Only hope is to get married, thats not going to happen anytime.

My firm belief is that people choose to be lonely, and then they get in so deep they can get wired to stay that way. I have been accused of enjoying my "solitude" while Im smoking myself half to death with sadness.

This is very relatable actually
Out of interest why have you ended up being lonely for 3 years?

Combination of mentall illness and a warped world view.
Unconventional childhood, sociopathic and antisocial behaviour that I commited made it a little more easier for me to drift away from organised society into the fringes. But I got some friends at work and university, just that we all never really meet much.
