what is going on.........?

so i have recieved a text message from HMRC saying im eligible for a tax refund... what does that mean? it is for my student finance and i got less than what i expected which is 251 pounds!

Theres been a lot of phishing with HMRC going around and as far as I know they never text you. Maybe think about changing your log in details and sending them the text just to be safe.
