Hi everyone, so I am in Year 12 and taking A level psychology. I recently did a paper that I didn't do too well in and I was wondering if people had any good resources for psychology that may help me to get the best marks I can?

Usually I just sit there and memorize everything, which usually works, but it has started to be less effective. I like to learn by quizzing myself but feel that making flash cards may just waste valuable time when I could be studying. I used to use Seneca learning for my GCSEs which I found super helpful, but I don't think the Psychology A level course on Seneca covers enough for me to aim for the grades I need. I think the hardest part for me is learning all of the essay plans alongside the information.

Does anyone have any tips about studying psychology or any resources which would help me? I'd really appreciate it!
