Resit unexpected grade.

So resit results have come out today and I found out that I have received LOWER than what I got in the summer :frown: . I got a 5 in my last sitting and I received a 4 today. Even my teachers were surprised with my grade as they expected AT LEAST a 6.

I was expecting an 7 in English Language resit and I recieved a 6s and 7s in my mock exams , classwork and past papers I’ve done.

A 4 isn't bad but I was expecting better.

I'm sending mine of te be re marked tomorrow but I was wondering if any of you resat and got lower than expected.


According to my teachers , some got lower than expected too.


I got 82/160 (yikes) in my resit. I think there was a mistake in the marking (I’m not trying to sound like THAT sort of person)
Got no less than 9s in all my mocks. Passed out in the real exam and got a 6. Re-sat and got a 7 today. I feel like they increased the boundaries way too high because I do English Literature A-level and still get As.
