And then I stupidly emailed her with a different email address but with my name at the bottom. Could I get into trouble for having a fake email account?

Do you mean you have contacted her with a different name and related email? If so, why would you contact a recruiter with fake details?

Difficult to know without more info, but she could take you off their books or stop your application, if you are dealing with her for a specific job.

Basically I was emailing her about the current financial sector, seeing how brexit would affect it. I sent her first an email with a fake name and a fake email address, she can replied but I replied from my real email address. Have I committed a crime?

No crime but just a bit stupid.
Why use a fake name? It sounds like a reasonable request for information and now you've probably shot yourself in the foot by pretending to be someone you're not

having multiple email accounts is not a crime, nor is using a fake name (unless on official forms or for some nefarious reason such as fraud) loads of people have multiple accounts and many use alternative or preferred names. So you probably haven't committed a crime.
