Retainers HELP!!
I stopped wearing my retainers for a while and after putting them on today, they don't fit the same. My teeth are still straight and the retainer can be placed in without any force but they don't fit completely in, probably around 85%. Should I carry on wearing them or maybe an alternative??
That happens to me sometimes. The retainers fit, they just feel a lot tighter. I usually just wear them for a longer period of time if this happens.
You can pay for a new one that fits properly
