From this question,

found here,
https://pmt.physicsandmathstutor.com...Resistance.pdf
it claims that there are more marks for written quality of communication than for the question and I see no mark scheme guidelines for how these marks are awarded(here
https://pmt.physicsandmathstutor.com...tance%20MS.pdf). Is this just one mark or so that is not counted if you get full marks, or is it really possible to get more than the paper says?

You may be awarded marks for QWC, but if you have got all marking points already, you will NOT. However, if you missed a point but the other points are all linked well, you may get full marks for that question.
I am doing Edexcel IAL and I got like 6 marks out of 4 for a question, but this is not possible in the real exam.
