I'm female, this has happened to me and I'm fine with strangers giving their opinions on how I look.
Big difference between rating someone online, offering opinions to help improve appearance and breaking the law.
It's hardly on par with crimes like posting revenge porn or harassing/threatening someone else online.

My friend works for The Sun, she put several photos of me in swimwear online without asking me first.
So many guys rated me in the comments section that it had to be locked.
Some managed to find my social media accounts and filled my inbox: all manner of weirdos, racists, religious zealots and thirsty guys wanting to hookup.
Anyone that types my name into google can still find those photos.
