A-Level Law : Contract
Hi I need some help with this question. Discuss the extent to which the courts and parliament have rectified the inequality of bargaining power between consumers and business.
I have already submitted my work, but it appears I have misunderstood and was told I deviated away from the question with my answer. So that I can start preparing myself for June Exams I was wondering if someone could shed any light on what I should have said for this?
