I'm coming up to my last few months of studying accountancy, however due to having social anxiety, I have found it difficult to take part in extra-curricular activities.

I've always had a part-time job (customer service assistant) and more recently, I did a fiance internship for two months after which they asked me to stay on!

Is there anything I can do in terms of extra-curriculars or is it too late?

I would say its too late and you are better off focusing on studies.
You could join some societies, but 2 months membership isnt going t o be much.
Focus on internships and vol work after.
