Hello, I have recently applied as an EU student for higher education Bursary and by mistake, I've ticked the box saying that my mother is living with a partner but I've put a side note that it is a mistake and I've ticked another box saying that she's single. (She's divorced and technically it's true, she lives with her boyfriend but I don't have anything in common with him and I do not have any right to share any of his personal information and he does not agree to share any information about him). Now the EU team asked me to send them evidence confirming that my mother lives alone, how can I prove this? What sort of evidence is it? Can I just send something like electricity bills on my mother's name?

Hi there,

If your Mother's living with a partner then we will need his income details to calculate how much you're entitled to. We'd recommend sending both their income details as soon as possible.

Thanks,
