Depends on the appetite of the individual.
It would be to much for me but I am a woman and dont eat so much.
Dont worry about what other people think and say, if you are happy and can eat it, go for it.
At least it is quite healthy.

It's a lot compared to me (I eat nothing for breakfast), but I don't think it's too much

Firstly, some coffee, toast, and fruit isn't loads of food so don't worry.

Secondly, only you know your body and your appetite, if someone tells you that you're eating too much then they're crossing a line - it's up to you to eat what you want to eat, and if it turns out that you're eating "too much" then I'm sure you'll work it out yourself.

Don't worry about it, and if you are worried, maybe try keeping a food diary to help track what you're eating and you can work out whether you're maintaining any fitness goals you have with your current diet.

I think that is good and healthy, I was expecting something like, bacon, eggs, sausages beans and toast, then I'd say if you have that every morning it's too much.
Also, the people who are saying these things, what is their health like? Do they have the same health goals of you? Becareful who you listen to.

right so fruit, healthy plus provides some good sugars,

wholemeal toast, healthy obviously
peanut butter, protein and slow release energy to keep you going,
coffee, meh!
water, cant go wrong

on the whole this is a healthy way to get going mate, dont worry about it,

unless you are a carnivore in which case this is all wrong bud!

Btw I’m 19. and I eat a lot more.
For breakfast I usually eat: oatmeal with chia seeds, 2 slices of brown bread with 2 eggs and avocado. I finish it off with a protein smoothie. After I hit the gym.

It all depends on your age, gender, weight, height and daily activity level.

People probably say it's a lot because most people don't actually eat breakfast I guess, or have the smallest of things

I have similar just change the apple for any other fruit; change the peanut butter for an egg
don't snack between meals and double the water
and i fry the bread if I'm going outside in the cold a lot
