so i start prelims tomorrow and i’m stressed but its not about the actual exam. i’ve been struggling with ibs since i was really young and it’s always gets worse with stress. im in separate accommodation but i’m freaking out about having a flare up right in the middle of the exam and having to leave. when i go to the toilet i can sometimes be 10 minutes or 40 and thats time i just cant get back. i dont want to have to leave during the exam or go before and be late for the actual exam.

does anyone have any tips on how to calm my ibs ?? im just so worried which is making my ibs even worse :///

Aw you poor thing!! I know there’s some tablets you can take to calm it the night before or in the morning or just let the exams supervisor know about the situation.
